For a few of my internships, mainly Tommie Communications and TommieMedia, I wrote press releases. I first started my college career thinking I was going into journalism, so keeping in touch with that side of myself through public relations and media relations is exciting. I like that press releases require concise but persuasive writing. Below are two examples of press releases.
